About the Job
As a case officer in debt restructuring, you primarily work to investigate the conditions for debt restructuring, with support from lawyers within the section.
You investigate cases of varying scope and complexity, assess and decide whether the requirements for debt restructuring are met. The tasks consist of many written and verbal contacts with those applying for debt restructuring, those seeking payment, municipal budget and debt advisors, and other authorities. With support from laws and regulations, you assess the documentation and make decisions. The cases you handle require legal certainty, speed, and efficiency.
You will undergo internal training where practice is combined with theory, and you will also have a mentor who supports you initially. You will be part of a section that collectively takes responsibility for results, planning, and distribution of work.
Everyone working at the Enforcement Authority contributes to the fight against crime. Your tasks include identifying and preventing attempts at criminal activity and notifying other authorities of suspected crimes. Your Qualifications:
- Higher education or university degree with at least 180 credits (120 points according to the old system) in law, economics, social sciences, or another equivalent higher education
